I left my own (long standing) dentist to come here for an emergency appointment but will now stay with this practice. I am hugely impressed with the practice and the standard of service. I appreciated seeing the practice principal who is a very experienced dentist from one of the UK's top dental schools. It may be a wee bit more expensive than other places but the equipment is state of the art and the treatment options discussed were using the best quality materials available. I am happy to pay for a dentist with 20 years of experience. You get what you pay for. I was also pleased that various options were given, fees discussed fully and clearly upfront so no nasty surprises. Really good experience,. My emergency treatment was absolutely flawless - Dr Asani took his time to make even a temporary repair as perfect as it could be. Now that is class! On my initial contact with them, Kayleigh was absolutely amazing and reassured me as an incredibly nervous (terrified) potential patient. From that moment on, my care and treatment has been beyond what could be expected. I think it's fair to expect work to be carried out to a high standard... that's a given, but the care, reassurance and aftercare that go with it make the team at Twenty One Dental above and beyond. Was greeted on arrival by the delightful Flin. His warmth and smile puts you instantly at ease. The exam was carried out by Dr Liddy, assisted by Dental nurse Shannon. The team were simply wonderful and I felt listened to and not judged unlike previous experiences at other dental practices. I feel confident I will receive the absolute best care at this practice moving forwards. We have a clear plan put in place for future treatments which is deeply reassuring due to the work required. Cost was clearly explained in the treatment plan. The practice itself is clean, homely but still a very modern clinical environment. Would absolutely recommend this dental clinic. TwentyOneDental is a wonderful find, the quality of the dental work is exceptional and all of the staff you meet, be they dentist, dental-assistants, hygienists or front-of-house are lovely, they really make you feel welcome and seem to really care about the customer experience. I was unlucky enough as a child to have work done without proper anaesthetic , and my fear of once again having someone drill into a nerve made me wary of dentists and generally fearful to go the dentist…that’s all changed with TwentyOneDental, as they really do take the extra time to make sure that you’re properly anaesthetised, and as comfortable as you can be before they start any procedures, and they always go to great lengths to explain what it is that they’re doing, and why they’re doing it. Fully recommend these guys, they’re brilliant.
