Harriet Goodwin

Harriet brings over eight years of experience in the dental industry to her role as Lead Concierge. She began her career in an NHS practice, where she built a solid foundation and gained extensive knowledge across all areas of patient care.

Since joining TwentyOneDental in December 2021, Harriet has become a familiar and welcoming presence at the front desk. Recognised for her strong problem-solving abilities, she was appointed to lead the Front of House team, where her excellent communication skills, organisational strengths, and solution-focused mindset ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk. Her warm, approachable manner contributes to a positive experience for both patients and colleagues alike.

Outside the clinic, Harriet enjoys quality time with friends and family and loves exploring the countryside on long walks.
