With a background in senior leadership roles across high-performance environments, she brings a wealth of experience, strategic oversight, and a meticulous attention to detail that underpins the seamless running of the clinic.

She is supported by designated departmental leads across each key discipline within the clinic — including nursing and front of house — all of whom report directly into her. This structured leadership ensures complete alignment, consistency, and excellence across every aspect of the clinic. Through this, every detail of the patient journey is meticulously curated, seamlessly delivered, and held to the exacting standards we are known for.

With full accountability for day-to-day performance, Carol plays a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and commercial success.
