Executive Sleep & Airway Assessment

Better Sleep. Better Health. Better Quality of Life.

Delivered as part of TwentyOne Dental’s Dental Sleep Medicine Service.

Restless nights, loud snoring and waking unrefreshed are often accepted as normal. They rarely are, and good sleep is fundamental to your health, energy and quality of life.

Our Executive Comprehensive Sleep & Airway Assessment brings together experienced private dental clinicians and specialist sleep and respiratory physiology expertise to help you understand what may be affecting your sleep, and how it can be improved.

Executive Sleep Airway Assessment

Does This Sound Like You?

If any of these sound familiar, you are not alone, and they deserve professional assessment.

Poor sleep, and disrupted breathing during sleep in particular, has been associated with reduced energy, concentration and wellbeing. Understanding the cause is the first step towards feeling like yourself again.

How Dentistry Helps

Many people are surprised that dentistry plays an important role in recognising signs associated with sleep-related breathing concerns. The mouth, teeth, jaws and airway reveal valuable clinical information.

During your assessment our clinicians consider tooth wear from grinding, signs of jaw clenching, changes to your bite, airway anatomy and tongue position, soft tissue observations, your overall oral health, and your suitability for a mandibular advancement device where appropriate. Assessing these together is fundamental to safe, personalised, effective care.

Why TwentyOne Dental, and the Experts Behind Your Care

Proudly independent. Distinctly personal. Unmistakably TwentyOne.

TwentyOne Dental is a proudly independent private practice in Brighton and Hove, trusted by patients from across Sussex, London, throughout the UK and overseas. What makes this service different is our collaborative approach: rather than relying on a single clinician, your care is coordinated through one dedicated team, combining experienced private dental clinicians with specialist sleep and respiratory physiology expertise.

The service was developed under the clinical leadership of Dr Adyl Asani, Founder and Clinical Director. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Adyl has carefully selected every clinician in the practice for their expertise and their patient-centred values. You will not necessarily see Adyl on this pathway, but the service reflects the standards on which the practice is built.
