Debbie began her career in dentistry in 2008 working as a dental nurse. She gained a level 3 NVQ then went on to complete courses in Dental radiography, Oral health education and Orthodontic nursing.

After many years as a dental nurse Debbie went on to study at King’s College Hospital and graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons England with Diploma’s in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy in 2021.

As a qualified dental hygienist and dental therapist Debbie can offer a wide variety of treatments such as oral health education, dental cleanings, airflow, non-surgical periodontal therapy, dental restorations, fissure sealants and extraction of deciduous (Milk) teeth.

Debbie has continued her learning post-qualification and has added tooth whitening and facial aesthetics to her list of treatments she can offer.

Outside of work Debbie likes to stay active. Her hobbies include dancing, regular gym sessions and hiking. In 2022 Debbie took part in a 26 mile charity trek and plans to complete another in next year. She is also keen to climb Snowdon.
