Normal working hours

We understand that dental pain can be unpleasant and disruptive and we are here to help. If you have a toothache, a broken tooth or any other type of dental emergency, we will endeavour to see you as quickly as possible (usually the same day subject to completion of all safety forms pre attendance), whether you are registered with us or not.

This emergency service is for both registered and non-registered patients during working hours only.

Out of hours service – Saturday excluding bank holidays (9am – 12pm)

This is for both registered and non-registered patients. 

This service is to provide emergency treatment/advice outside of our usual working week between the hours of 9am – 12 midday on a Saturday excluding bank holidays.

This emergency service is for patients who have:

  • Severe dental pain
  • Facial swelling
  • Post extraction bleeding
  • Trauma

For all other treatment issues such as re-fixing crowns or replacement of lost fillings, unless causing extreme pain, please telephone the clinic the next working day. Our concierge team will be happy to arrange an appointment for you then.

If you require emergency assistance between the hours of 9am – 12 midday, please telephone the clinic on 01273 202102 and follow instructions. One of our experienced team will call you back as quickly as possible. We aim to call you back within 1 hour of your message being left. If there is a delay in returning your call, this will be due to us dealing with other emergencies. However, please be re-assured that we will call you as soon as we are able to do so.

The purpose of an emergency appointment is to assess your dental pain.  In the event treatment is required, additional costs* will apply and which will be fully explained prior to treatment being undertaken.
